You need to get the Motorola Phone Suite software for your phone and a suitable USB cable for same. Install Software, THEN plug in ya cable & phone, the software should detect it and from there it is pretty simple menu driven program.

Hi, you can use the usb cable for the phone to connect it to your pc. You may need to download some software from motorola's website (look for links to support/downloads or search for your phone model) if you've lost your cd that came with the phone

The software should allow you to access the pictures, etc on your phone. and transfer the mto your pc via the usb cable. If you've not got a usb cable try searching ebay for them. that's by far the cheapest place to grab them.

What you need is called "mobile phoned tools" (latest version." You can buy this from motorola shops usually for about 25 to 50 dollars.

install the data cable driver and the pc suite which will be there in cd with the data cable ... after installing then connect ur mobile to pc ... in that pc suite there will be options to transfer from pc and to cell also just the option will be something like "Phone to pc" or "To pc" click on that and select the files to be downloaded to pc.... that s all it s done....
