Question about Dell 942 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Although when I unplug and plug the 942 into the computer, the printer icon acknowledges the different states, I can not get the scanning software to recognize the existence of the 942 - thoughts? Is there a new driver I should download?
Try to fully uninstall the driver, restart computer and printer. download and reinstall driver from support.dell.com drivers and downloads website.
