This is an Ink System Failure message. I would try this guide. 'Ink System Failure' or a '0x...' or a 'C2...' Error Message Displays on the Front Panel. To help resolve the issue.

If the steps does not resolve the issue, Contact HP Support on #1-800-474-6836 and hopefully your Printheads should get replaced if they are In-Warranty.
Check if your printer is still In-Warranty ( 12 months from the date of purchase ) then the Printhaeads will be replaced free of cost.
This error indicates an 'ink system failure' which is caused by air in the ink feed tubes. The typical reason for this type error is either letting your ink run all the way out and the printer sucking up air or the use of poorly refilled cartridges that are not properly sealed allowing air to enter the system. To clear the error you will need to do a feed line purge routine. We have a step by step guide to this in an article posted on our web site at: http://www.ccl-la.com/blog/index.php/category/printer-repair/hp-printer-repair/ This should take about 10 minutes to do and then you printer should be ready to go again.

It aint that hard to solve this sweetheart! dont scare people...plz!! Open the right side of the printer and on the mother board simply reseat the 2 white cables. Issue resolved.
HP Photosmart C7180 will not accept new '02' yellow ink cartridge and repeatedly states 'printer does not have enough ink to ensure printer health. The empty ink cartridge must be replaced to resume.' This is the 2nd HP '02'yellow I've bought and it continues to say the same.
