Then the screen went black now I have been trying to turning on my creative player for the pass 4 hours, and it will not turn on. why is this happening help me please. I am seriously annoyed and disappointed.
Just throw it away......mine had a similar problem and i tried to disassemble it.....discovered it was refurbished despite the fact that i bought it from argos....

This is probably the power switch's fault. A similar thing happened to my ZV+, and to a robot I was working on. I haven't tried fixing my ZV+ yet, but I did solve the problem with the robot. For the power switch, there were 3 metal prongs, and the two that needed to have current passed through them for the bot to turn on were not making a connection. By bridging the connection, I got the robot back in working order. A similar thing should be possible for the ZV+ just more difficult, as the switch is sealed up and tiny (even with ZV+ disassembled). If you can't get your Zen working, I suggest an iRiver. They are the original (yes before iPod), and the best.

That's write man You just have to press reset button.
If Zen is not responding. Go to your basic and restart the system

You should take a pin and press it into the reset button on the side (NOT the microphone on the top)
