I have a Vivicam 5386. Camera wll turn on for only seconds with blurred didplay, then shut down. Replacement of batteries did not solve the problem. Also lens does not completely retract at shut down nor does the shutter door completely close. Any suggestions. Camera was checked a yr and a half ago Vivitar Customer Service and declared to have no problem...

Suggest a new solution for this problem
