Question about Canon PIXMA MP810 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Hi, i bought a canon pixma mp810 printer about four months ago and it's been working fine until now.
I turned it on and it made a funny noise and said error code 6b00 which i think means there's a jam so i looked up possible solutions and somebody said pull it out and shake it gently upside down and it worked but know it saying there is a paper jam in the rear cover even though there is no paper in the machine , i checked the back and i can't see anything blocking the rollers.
Can anyone HELP?
I would greatly appreciate it.
Go inside the unit, the jam is most likely to be a very small torn shred of paper, near the carriage roller or similar. Us ea torch if the room is not bright enough, this helps fing it.
