Question about Lexmark Z42 InkJet Printer
This printer is still on its original ink cartridges as it is used only occasionally. i put it on yesterday to use it and there was a burning smell coming from it but there is no power light on even though there is power going to it. obviously something electrical has malfunctioned in the printer even though it has had very little use. is this a known fault and if so is it repairable with a new part?
If there is less than a year you have the printer, hurry to warranty repair because it seams something's wrong at the power part.
Fact is you can not replace the transformer or other such parts in the printer.
