Any luck getting this fixed. Mine is in the same mode and I don't know what to do????

i checked on this for u, no updates have been released, nor are there any going to be rleased in the near future.

at this time there are no map updates avil for this GPS

I'm about to return my Jensen NVX430BT because apparently the maps cannot be updated! The maps installed on the unit I just received are obviously outdated and there is no support from Jensen to get them updated. Too bad, this thing has it all except good directions.

i have the owners manual but need the instalation manual can anyone help ?
