I presume you mean songs/pictures via Bluetooth, for that you need to switch on the Bluetooth in your phone, this will be available in options like connection/connectivity /tools/settings.
Once you switch blueetooth ON, check if the status is visible to all others or else they will not scan your phone, tell the other user to now send the files to your phone, while receiving you have to accept the file on your screen
Dear sir for sending or receiving the music via bluetooth, first of all you have to turn on the bluetooth.
1. Tap on start.
2. Select programs
3. Tap Comm manager
4. Click on Bluetooth to turn it on.
Once the bluetooth is on close the Comm Manager screen and leave the Programs window open.
5. Find the music files on your phone. Usually they are on File Explorer.
You can find File Explorer in Programs screen.
6. If the songs are in your memory card, select Storage Card from drop down list and find the song in its specific folder.
7. Select the song you would like to send.
8. Click on Menu and tap on 'Beam File...'.
9. It will search for other Bluetooth device. Once the device is found, send the file.
Once the file sending is done you will get notification and you can also check on other device.
For receiving the music file via Blueetooth, just follow the first 4 steps.
I hope these steps will help you. Do write back and let me and other know how did you you go.
iphone dosnt support OBEX. obex is the method for file transfer. it only supports handsfree headsets. there is no method for file transfer via bluetooth, u wanna go for app "dropcopy" this is for file transfer b/w 2 iphones.
Usually, this is a service that the phone company charges for. If however you have bluetooth on your camera phone and on your computer you can at least send and receive from one to the other via "Bluetooth" as long as any two devices are "Bluetooth" capable. This could be phone to phone, phone to computer.
Make sure u have Bluetooth Sharing ticked in ur Sharing preferences (in the 'Internet & Network' part of ur System preferences) when using Bluetooth file transfer method (the USB/Mass storage wasnt working)...this fixed my Blueetooth issues Woohoo!
Make sure You have a Bluetooth device on your laptop[of course that is necessary].Now i recommend you to use WIDCOM bluetooth software. It is theeee best for bluetooth device handling. Also make sure that the bluetooth device on your samsung blackjack is working. That can be done by asking your friend having a bluetooth enable phone to search for your mobile via bluetooth,be sure you turn on your bluetooth device on your mobile and make it visible to others.
Make sure after intalling the software (WIDCOM) the drivers are successfully intalled. Then pair it with your mobile. So simple isn't it
