Do you know how to remove songs from the Sansa e250? When I delete songs from the player, and then disconnect it from my computer, the player still shows that the songs are there, and says "Bad Track" and skips them. When I try to add new songs, I can't find them on the player, but on the computer, it shows they are there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jenna

Well run a virus scan on ur pc and scan the player.. apart from that re-organise the folders n files in the player.. and if ur aware about formatting.. format first and then perform rest of the operations.

Delete songs from my sansa e250

You can only delete songs from this player when it's connected to a computer. There are two modes of adding songs to this player. You need to remove the songs with the same method you added them. Alternatively format the whole player - but make sure you do it the way Sansa recommends, not by formatting in windows.

Cannot delete the songs on mp3

I do mine through Windows Media Player
1)Plug in Sansa
2)Open up Windows Media Player and wait for the Sansa e250 icon to show up under the library. First time, might say 'What device is this' or 'Autoplay'-for autoplay, you click 'sync media files to Sansa e250 using WIndows Media Player'
3)When library shows, click 'Sync' if it is not already there.
4)Just simply click and drag the songs you want from the computer library to the list pane on the side.
5)Once your done, click 'Sart sync'

TO DELETE
1)Plug in
2)Wait for the icon under Library in WIndows Media Player
3)Go to Songs under Sansa e250
4)Right click desired songs and choose Delete. You only want to delete from Sansa e250-nothing else

I can't remove songs with WMP

You have to first change the USB mode on the player to MTP (as opposed to MSC). Forget using the Windows Media Player (yeah, I know). Go to Explorer, go to drive E or whatever your Sansa is listed as....open it and it will show different types of folders. Go to MUSIC folder. The songs are listed and you can delete, e.g. delete mp3 and keep WMA of the same song, or whatever else you want to delete.
