Fellowes Keyboard and optical mouse

I want to install my Fellowes keyboard and mouse on a computer that is different from the one I original installed it on. But I cannot find my software disks. Can I do it without, do I need to purchase software and if so, where do I find it?

KEYBOARD DOES NOT WORK BUT MOUSE DOES

Check the bottom of the mouse for a small button which will allow you to put the mouse into a synchronization mode. The receiver will have a similar button. Press both and move the mouse around a little until the receiver stops blinking, indicating that the mouse is now synchronized with the receiver.

I have a fellowes wireless mouse/keyboard and during use, the mouse looses connection and then I have to shake it or click it to get it back. Someone told me it might be a frequency problem, but I don't...

Hi,

This is standard practice for wireless mice and keyboards. This is because they go into power saving mode which means you have to click or shake them to re-activate them.

You have nothing to worry about here as my own mouse does exactly the same thing.

Regards.

Wireless keyboard and optical mouse

Thanks! I fixed the problem by installing a USB mouse and using fn+f9. That unlocked the mouse so I could use the pointer leaving just the keyboard problem. I then tried reconnecting the wireless keyboard (by using the button on the receiver and under the keyboard) Hey Presto!!
