It is highly impossible for two of the same brand, exact same product, to have the exact same problem! Lexmark has sold these defective all in one printers and is not offering any assistance to the people that purchased them! My printer is saying "Clear the carrier jam and then press the START * to continue" I not be the smartest person, but I know that this has happened to plenty more people
