Question about Lenovo ThinkPad T21 2647 Notebook
I noticed the BIOS stated that the processor is 800Mhz but it is running at 624Mhz. I have 256 Mhz of Ram, Video is running at 16bit.
What do I need to do to get the processor running at full speed?
Run more programs.. Newer laptop cpus throttle back when not needed. If you want to run notepad at full speed, see if you can set the power saver options for full performance.
