Please go to the following link:
http://support.dlink.com/downloads/#

Select WBR, then 1310 and click on the GO button
Verify under your router if it's a Rev A, B or D and select the proper link
Scroll down and under Applications click the button Download Now and you will start downloading the same Quick Router Setup procedure that was present on your CD.

Let me know if you need more help.

I Need My Serial #. the one on the back of my package wont work. I tried every way I could. Please supply me with a serial # so I cAN DOWN LOAD MY DISK. thank you

You need to contact the company who supplied the software and tell them about your serial number.

If you are transferring this software to a new computer or disk drive, just tell them that. It may be that your serial number is registered to another computer or disk drive and it;s unable to authorise a second computer.

If you have an on-line account with the company, you may be able to de-authorise computers for that software.

hello, are you connecting this via ethernet cable to your pc?

if you sre you should not need a disk, just simply plug in the enternet cable to your pc and the wireless router, and configure it within windows.

if not you may need to set up the router first with what ever usernames or password your ISP has provided you with

First of all get a good Antivirus software and scan your PC thoroughly after UPDATING it. Updating the Virus software is extremely important.
Secondly after doing the above step install a Registry cleaning software. I recommend Uniblue Registry booster or Regcure. Virus and unclean registry are number 1 reasons to PC slow down.
Check your hard disk if it is near to full. Use the Windows built in disk cleaning software to clean unnecessary files. After that De-fragmenting the disk will also help a lot. To de-fragment a disk Go to accessories in the start menu and then go to system tools. Find disk de-fragmentation and run it the PC performance will dramatically enhance but Virus and registry cleaning is recommended to be done first.

Good luck!
