Drain out is done via the pump out motor. Is the pump out motor working? Check by deternining with a AC voltmeter to see if supply voltage is across the terminals in pump out mode. If voltage is present and motor does not spin - the motor is open circuit and must be replaced. Remove the 2 clamps and the 2 electrical push on terminals with the MAINS voltage disconnected. Is the outlet pipe not blocked or obstructed ?

Hello, is this a first time occurence ? If so I would check and see if something ie: a foreign object has become lodged in the drain. You may have to remove the small panel in front below the door you would load from. You will see the drain and can remove a hose clamp to allow yourself access to it. Let me know how it works out and if you need more assistance !!
