Not recieving or able to send faxes (by 2 users)

When I try to send a fax I'm unable to because I recieve a error report that states (FAXMAN COMM WIN) how do I restore my fax service.

I am having the same problem: unable to fax, and getting faxman.comm win error msg...Lexmark support had me download and replace drivers to printers, but problem still unresolved!!!
