Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
Everytime i try to turn it on,i see a cracked screen inside my sansa. i tried charging it but the screen is still cracked. i think it is inside my sansa because the outer screen is okay.please help me and email me ASAP.thank you. Every time I turn it on the screen has black and white lines all over it and then shuts off. There are no cracks externally can I get it fixed?
Hi you can get it fixed but the only place that do this is the makers as you cant take them apart you need special tools to do this and you cant buy them i know loads of people that have tried repairing these thamselves and end up destroying them so its not worth trying youl never get the cases off try going to sandisk site have a look on their site and get the customer support number or email give them a call or send them an email then they will tell you where their local repair center is to you its the only option you have but it will be cheaper than buying a new one so give them a call.
Also depending on how long you have had it you might have some warranty left if not you will have to pay for repair but it can be fixed just might take few weeks for them to repair it as they repair thousands every week so contact them via their site ok let me know how you get on ok
