Sounds like it might be bad firmware. Try re-flashing it. If the problem continues it could be hardware related. Here is a quick guide with download links.

Follow the tutorial in this link to flash your phone http://www.cellphone-tutorial.com/2010/08/lg-gw300-software-upgrade-flashing.html . If you can find some one with the Octopus Box it's a 2 minutes 123 process. I just flashed 3 LG GW300 phones that were stuck on logo's and looping. Re-flashed and worked like a charm. If re-writing the firmware doesn't work then you might have a bad flash chip or the cpu could be overheating (just fixed a Nexus One stuck on logo with overheating problem). The phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation.

1.for not reading the card its not comunicating with panel teminal propaly. Or its loose.
2.for the playlist slow,its wen the memory card is much or its all most full.

HI this sounds like a software crash on your phone. IF that is indee the case you may need to contact you local carrirer. This is the only option. But you maybe able to go to lg web site and see if they have a solution you.
