I have same problem sounds like a bee is inside the phone or it seems like interference produced by flourescent lamps where there are none. I put the V3 in dry rice for three days and the sound diminished greatly then a few days returned I suspect humidity is inside specially if you answer your calls while in the shower. I will open it and dust it off and see what happens.

i have the same problem. i am worried. i was playing counter strike and we finished. everybody was congratulating. shortly after a loud beep a bit lower pitch than the turning of and on noise that the headset makes. i turned it on and off. the only thing that stopped the beep was to mute the mic. fiddles with the 2 buttons, the light dimmed greatly and the mic started blinking blue. if you are able to find any way to fix it please contact me on skype : Sassy_Sasquach. Thanks!

My talk button wont let me answer or hang up

try the red button instead. or flip it shut. to end calls, i mean.

Is there a regular OK or enter button on your phone? if the green one doesnt work, try one of those to answer it.

My turtle beach x41s are making a loud buzzing noise. i tried raplacing batteries and taking the fibre optic cables out at both ends, however nothing seems to work. any ideas? also this is not the noise...

Did you remove the chat cable to make sure it's not the controller? In fact, did you try a completely different controller? (Only use a wireless controller btw).
You might want to just contact TurtleBeach directly since they'd be able to help you better than anyone on some random website.
