The Causes
Compressed image data abnormality. HDD connection trouble when HDD is installed.try to check and see wether connectors are connected properly
. Remedy
If the job at an occurrence of an error is a FAX job, check the FAX PWB. Check connection of the MFPC PWB and the HDD. Replace the MFPC PWB.
When you installed the drum, was it a new drum you put in? And if so, was there a message being displayed to replace the drum? Because if so, you have to manually go into service mode and reset the drum counter.
Open web interface of the printer and supply admin password.
As an administrator you should be able to navigate to the System Settings screen.
Select Document Filing Settings and navigate to the section Administrator Authority Setting.
Select Delete so you can delete forgotten print jobs (remember to Save the setting).
Navigate on Document Operation where you can see a list of existing saved print jobs.
Select the jobs to delete and go on.
You don't have unwanted ghosts anymore on your machine!

find where you've downloaded the driver software on your computer and run it. if you don't know, download it again and make a note of where you download it to. If it's a zip file, extract it first (right click and choose extract all)
