I have a Dimension 3100. When I push the on button, nothing happens. The one through four or five numbered light cycle through and then nothing.

I do not here the HD drive spinning up. Not even tries. I put a Dell disk in the CD tray. – Nothing happens.

    Any help is appreciated.

Hello, everyone, have you ever played a game called RuneScape? I heard this game is very popular before, and now there are still many players, and recently I found a website may be able to help you, to share with you www.rsgoldfast.com

Oh by the way, try this first before anything, reinstall WOW , then changed the movie folder name to "movie2".

Could be either memory(RAM) problem or OS problem. try reinstalling the OS, then install drivers for system devices(video0chipset, etc.). install then run WOW. if still have same problem, Run full OS updates, if still same thing happens, then it's a hardware problem. If still ok, then reinstall any SW one by one then run WOW after each SW installation. I know this could take more time, but this way it will show you the SW that's causing it.

Error code

  • Free Download 0xC0000005 Repair Tooldownload-0xc5-fix.gif
Reimage repairs a wide range of computer problems, such as 0xc0000005 and blue screen errors, freezes, system file and registry damage, malware and other troubles. This is the only tool that repairs the damage done to the system by a virus (as opposed to antivirus software that simply removes viruses but does not correct the damage). Reimage is widely used by PC technicians to fix Windows errors.
  • Install the program and launch it.
  • Let the program scan your computer and repair the errors.
Reimage uses a new, patented approach to repairing the system. It stands out from all other system repair tools for its ability to work on the entire system and reverse the damage already done with the help of a full database of replacement files. This means that the program's functionality is not limited to a specific range of problems, like registry troubles or faulty drivers, but covers all of them (see the table below). It repairs and replaces only the files that need to be repaired or replaced. Developers claim that this program fixes every error and every crash and it actually does. It is widely used by PC technicians! Reimage is recommended to always be installed on your computer as a first-aid tool.
Reimage detected and fixed errors on millions of computers!

DELL DIMENSION 2400 ERROR STOP: 0x00000024, (0x00100203,0X82F898

You seem to have an error in the boot sequence of the Operating system. If you are unable to access the safte mode of the OS, then you will have to do a hard boot (boot from disk). My suggestion is seeing that you have a Dell, many times they will give you a boot disk or charge you $10 for one to be sent to you. Boot disks are not expensive at all.

Once you recieve the boot disk, go into the BIOS and change the boot sequence that it boots from your CD/DVD drive first instead of your hard drive (C). Then restart the computer with the disk in the disk drive and it will load from the disk.

If that does not work, you will have to do a reimage. For that you will need a Windows OS CD (XP, Vista - whatever OS you use). From there you can either have your data slaved over to another drive prior to reimaging, or if you dont mind loosing the data, just push in the Windows OS CD and it will ask if you want to over write or reimage, answer yes, and it will begin to wipe your computer and place a brand new copy of the OS on there.

Dimension 5100 turns off whilst playing games.

Most probable cause is your computer has been compromised. In other words, somebody may have hacked into your system, and loaded bug onto your system. The fact that it only happens when you are playing world of warcraft, most likely that software has been compromised.

Remove any software connected to that game, check your computer for viruses, and then reinstall it
