First, are you sure you have network capability. This is an option. Since there is no control panel display on this printer, you'll have to use the configuration software provided by Tally Genicom.
Right, the problem lies in these triangles. They're part of what's called "lower paper feed unit" and are drien by an electromagnet to start/block when needed. This magnet has a tiny problem letting go, so the triangular wheels stop in wrong positions, blocking the paper. The best solution is to change the "clutch" with the latest UCL version (3), you'll know it for having aluminium toothed wheel rather then plastic ones.
Power ON printer holding down ONLINE button, release it after TESTMENU is on display. Press NEXT few times, enter APM or somthing like that (or APW? cant remember), switch it to OFF. Press ONLINE.
