I replaced a motherboard but is not working

Make sure that your power connections are complete. Some of them require a special connector just for the processor and if not hooked up, board will not boot. If absolutely sure that you have done all right then your only alternative is to exchange it for another one.

Also , make sure that you are using the correct processor for board. If wrong one is used, mo bo will not boot.

I have a msi board that is not beeping during bios, what could be the problem ?T

If the motherboard is not posting there could be something wrong with your bios. OR, if you have a problem with a peripheral that might also cause the mo bo to not boot up - in the latter case remove all items except the memory and attempt to post. If it does add items one by one until you come across the epripheral that will not allow the mo bo to boot.
If no post with all items removed then the mo bo is definitely suspect. U can try using a new bios chip but that is not a guarantee that it will work.

Sound problem

If audio circuits on mo bo do not work only thing you can do is continue to use separate sound card or replace the mo bo with a new one.

Stops after 3 seconds, no video, no bips, fans running, power led on,optical mouse led

Mo bo has gone to mo bo heaven. It is not posting so something is definitely wrong with the board itself. Maybe the bios chip has gone south.

Can cpu multiplier be set on ecs 6100sm-m mo bo?

Yes, I use AMD's program called Overdrive.

Be warned that increasing the mulipler also increase the voltage, don't go to high or you will have a smoked processor.

You will need to post your motherboard manufacturer and model, as these are in different places on different motherboards.
