Question about Jenn-Air JMC7000 Microwave Oven
Out of the blue my microwave started to make a loud noise when you press start and it wont heat anything
I would first suspect a shorted high voltage rectifier diode or possibly a defective magnetron.
If the noise is just a loud buzz, I would suspect the diode. If it has more of a hollow sound - like someone gurgling into a coffee cup - then I would suspect the magnetron.
