Take remote apart and clean the contacts on it for the recall button - if that does not do it then try a very small piece of aluminum lodged into the contacts for that function and see what happens.
If still nada check the remote for transmission of signal by going to AM radio about 1/2 foot away, set station to about 600 on the dial and hit all of the buttons on remote. Each one should make some noise on radio if remote is working. U can fine tune radio dial for loudest noise also. Good luck.
What channels are you able to receive? When you press the Select button on DISH remote, which light on the top of the remote lights up? The Sat button should light up when you are in satellite mode. If any other button lights up, press and release the Sat button and then try changing channels. If this doesn't work, we may need to troubleshoot with you. Please call us on 1-800-333-3474 and speak with Tech Support. I hope this helps.
The model number you posted is for a center channel speaker which has no controls, and not knowing the exact model number it's difficult to be specific.
Some Kenwood KDC models allow you to select one of 3 "tuning modes", 1) AUTO1 - Automatic search for stations; 2) AUTO2 - Search Preset stations; 3) MANUAL - Normal manual tuning control. If your Kenwood is one of these models, you need to set the tuning mode to MANUAL. For Kenwood Excelon HD receivers, direct access tuning is done by using the included remote. 1) Press DIRECT button on the remote; 2) Press number buttons to enter desired channel number; 3) Press DIRECT button again to exit direct tuning.
Some tv's will scroll into the video channel's with a channel up and down so like from channel 0 to video 1 and then to channel 99. you may have to program the video channel into the list with the channel add/delete function. I would check ebay or remotes.com for a replacemnt. In some cases the remote can be opened and the button that is not working can be cleaned and restored to working condition. In most cases there is one screw andthe remote snap fit's together. So try a universal first and the n look into oem replacement options.
Press the AB button to toggle between Audio Play, Radio, and Voice Record. Use the left/right scroll to highlight Radio. Then press the center button or play/pause button once to select radio.
You will see FM Radio in the upper left corner of the display. Under that you will see either Preset followed by a number OR Channel. If it is on Preset, you can use the left/right scroll to switch between preset stations. If you press and hold the AB button, the player will scan through all frequencies to find the strongest stations in your area and set those as the default preset stations. When on a particular station, press and hold the record button to delete that station from your presets.
Press the center button once to switch to Channel (or back to Preset). Under Channel, you can manually scroll through the frequencies yourself. Push left or right and hold for about a second to find the next available station.
Press the play/pause button once to toggle between Mono and Stereo.
Those are all the functions I've found so far. Hope it helps.
Hi I had the same problem last night, so I took the batterys out and left it for a Day, have just put them back and its working for the moment, hope that it keeps on working !!! good luck with yours.
Check to make sure the channel down button is not stuck. If it is not the button is probably defective. Mits has had a lot of problems with the buttons.
