Frozen after sync

After adding about 10 new tracks, and filling up the storage, its gone blank. the blue light is on and thats it.

Help?

Wont respond to anything, try this, plug it in to the computer, hold the power switch in the on position, THEN trigger the reset button, worked like a charm for mine, I had thought it a lost cause."

The charging lights come on when the headset is placed on the stand then go out immediately. I put in a new battery but same problem. The headset is not working.


Seeing as you already ruled out a bad battery, it sounds like the unit has gone on you, GN Netcom does offer a full one year warranty on their wireless products, I would recommend calling your distributor, and seeing if you fall within the replacement range.

did you try to reset it? paperclip in small reset hole on side? sorry if thats to obvious but hey it happens that people don't know..

If you deleted it, I am pretty sure that you deleted it. If you added it into your storage card, you need to view your files using your phone or better yet use active sync and explore phone... there you can see all the files off your phone or memory card.
