Question about Zebra Z4M Printer
We have a Zebra 4pm Plus that when printing a large label job, it will pause by itself with no Error on the LCD Display, with pleanty of ribbon and label paper withen the unit. If you Then hit the pause button to un pause, the job continues (somtimes pausing again depending on how much more it has to go).
The Printer is hooked up to a WinXP pro based computer via LPT port. Any ideas?
Try to run the manual calibratio from the setings.
run "manual calibration"
move the ribbon out from the sensor (with the print head open) and take out 3 or 4 labels from the rollar and put that blank label paper unther the sensors on the left,
wen appear "reload all"
put the ribbon and the normal labels on the correct possition, and say "ok"
try to run sext the sensor profile.
save data (twice on "setup button")
tur off, and on again.
