Downloading game

i was trying to download canasta but everytime i do it the computer shuts down then i went to trouble shooting and the computer shuts down again and restarts why

You need to check the specs of the game. Where is this game at? A disc, or an online game, or what?

since you did not mention what your OS is, then I would assume that it's windows. Go to advance windows boot menu by pressing F8 before windows logo starts up. Then select, RESTART ON SYSTEM ON ERROR, that should stop the restarting of windows on startup. If you can get into windows, download it again.

If you are trying to download that game online it may be the effect of virus or your system configuration may not be compatible with that game. If it is a virus first remove that virus and then download game .
