You need to check the specs of the game. Where is this game at? A disc, or an online game, or what?

Since you did not mention what your OS is, then I would assume that it's windows. Go to advance windows boot menu by pressing F8 before windows logo starts up. Then select, RESTART ON SYSTEM ON ERROR, that should stop the restarting of windows on startup. If you can get into windows, download it again.

If you are trying to download that game online it may be the effect of virus or your system configuration may not be compatible with that game. If it is a virus first remove that virus and then download game .

I can import and edit my photos and videos. However, when I try to actually burn it onto a dvd it shuts down and says it has encountered a problem. Sometimes it even shuts down my computer and I have to...

Please try the following steps for trouble shooting and locating the source of the problem. I assume that your DVD drive hardware is working properly.

(1)Which software you are using for burning or Are you using the built in software in the Operating System. Have you tried changing that software, You software might be corrupt or may need re-installment. Please check on that?

(2)Is your Operating system updated. If you use Windows you can check this by going to My computer/Computer and right clicking and selecting the properties on the pop up menu.
It should always be updated to avoid such errors.

(3) Check the DVD drive's driver (software). It might be corrupt. Try reinstalling it anyway without any fear from the disk or by downloading it from the internet.

(4) Try repairing your OS (Windows, XP, Vista etc) It can be done using the installation CD.

(5) If the problem remains after you execute the above steps that you need to reinstall OS (after taking a backup of your data) or upgrade your Operating System.

Good Luck!

How do i download adobe flashplayer without error? PLEASE HELP:)

If you are checking the "install" box in the download manager, try checking "save file" instead. Then you can unzip the file and install from the desktop, or whichever folder you saved it to.

Pc game software won't download

I do believe that you have to run the Vistas compatibility test before downloading any programs. If it is a new game, does it say that it will run with Vista?
I had a couple of Dell and HP techs already tell me that if it was made before late 2007, it won't work. There went about $5,000 down the tubes. Oh yes, did I mention that I sent them a list of what programs I had and those I planned to use then asked for advice on the best system for my needs--this caveat went totally unread throughout the transaction with Dell, Every time something goes wrong with the system, the tech tells me that I should at least have some protection for my data-one for one thing and the secocnd as a fail safe. HMMMM--Well Dell, when I purchased the new system I upgraded the amount of Dell Data Safe; I also purchased two different external hard drives. One is only 80GB, and the other from them and still in warranty 500GB External HD didn't make the slightest bit of difference. The third external on here is a 250 GB External--Now what were you saying about playing it safe by using different options?
