Question about Televison & Video
Hello i have installed an in car DVD player in place of my old CD player. whenever i switch the ignition off and take the key out, the panel display is switched to stand by mode but does not turn off completely, the light is visible, is there a problem with the unit?
hope you would offer the best solution!
I have the same dvd player but no remote any one know where to get one thanks

Scoott - that is right but u loose ur memory i.e. when ur playing a dvd it will not remember last place :(

Sounds to me that you have the two positive power leads the wrong way round. 1 is a constant 12v supply that holds the memory when your car is off, the other is a 12v supply that powers the stereo only when your car is running, thus turning the stereo off with your car. try switching the two around. good luck
