F14 is a memory corruption on the Clock Module.
Replacing the module is your only fix.

It appears your Clock has failed in this instance.

For replacement parts - head on over to PartSelect.com or RepairClinic.com and enter in your full model number for a full parts listing.
I recommend both sites because ...

FixYa has no affiliation with either site - I have been using and recommending them for years - trouble free.

PartSelect has a great schematic database for locating the part on your unit and great "testimonials" for each part that often times includes HOW-TO information.
RepairClinic has pictures of each part they sell and also a great how-to and troubleshooting for basic repairs.

If your unit has never been serviced - there should still be an original service manual enclosed in plastic taped to the inside of the shell.
In the service manual are Error codes, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps you can follow.

Anything too complicated or beyond your scope should be handled by a professional.

If you think you want to tackle the repair - and have gotten stuck on a step - reply to your question and I will be glad to help you out.

Why is part of touch pad not working, and oven won't heat?

Hello. The part number out of the service manual for your touch panel is (white) 9756532, (black) 9756534. From the symptoms you're describing, the keypad is defective--those things are notorious for malfunctioning after a few years due to heat. The error code you got is definitely for a shorted keypad. UNPLUG THE UNIT FIRST. Then, carefully unplug and re-plug the connector on the ribbon from the main board a few times--this will re-scratch the metal pins( they will oxidize over time and break contact)--try this first, if it doesn't work, replace the keypad. Now, when you took the control panel loose, you might have pulled a wire loose from the main oven control board--it's easy to do. Go back and re-check the wires carefully. Here are some pix of the electronic schematic diagram for your range:
Notice in the 3rd pic P2-1 and P2-4 which are BLUE AND RED WIRES, RESPECTIVELY. Look on the oven control board for connector P2...pin 1 is for BROIL and pin 4 is for BAKE. Also, make note of the wire connections on the left side of pic 2--a black wire powering the other side of both the bake and broil circuit. Also, mounted on the rear of your oven, is a thermal fuse, part number 3196548. (note: right side of pic 3, labeled non-resettable thermal fuse) It is a round device, about the size of a half-dollar, with 2 wires connected to it, blue wire with a white stripe, and a red wire. If that sensor is opened, it kills the power to the elements for safety. (And is what trips when people use the self-clean feature)

For those that aren't familiar with how ovens operate:

Whenever an oven is plugged in, 120v is present on the bake and broil elements. When you turn on either one, the main board simply connects the other side, not to ground as in most other devices, but to another 120v on the opposite electrical phase **adding up to 240v** and heating the elements!!
This is why it's so important to **always remove power** before attempting to service an oven or range.

I hope I helped you!

After cooking my whirlpool Electric Range started to beep and shows EO F2. The range top is working ( and range top controls ) but the oven won't shut off and the controls are not working for the oven.

Hello,

Here is what my online service manual for the F2-EO error code says

F2 - E0 Shorted keypad (also called touch pad) 1. Check keypad connector for firm connection (keypad connects to control board).
2. Press CANCEL. If error code returns after 60 seconds, replace keypad (also called touch pad or membrane switch). Some models incorporate keypad in to control board as one unit. In this case, replace control board (also called ERC or clock)

I hope this helps

My oven display says EO F2 and nothing works! I'm worried as there's a bit of a haze in the house after a day like this

Shorted keypad (also called touch pad) 1. Check keypad connector for firm connection (keypad connects to control board).
2. Press CANCEL. If error code returns after 60 seconds, replace keypad (also called touch pad or membrane switch). Some models incorporate keypad in to control board as one unit. In this case, replace control board (also called ERC or clock).

Straight from the manual. Try unplugging the machine from the mains for about 5 mins. Then reconnect, now see if that fixes things.

Oven buttons is not working code F2:E1 is showing on oven

F2-E1 - Touch Pad (Keypad) Cable Unplugged -
Check the connection between the touch pad (keypad) and control board (clock) to make sure it is secure.
Select the 'cancel' function and wait 60 seconds.
If error code reappears then replace the touch pad, or touch pad and control board (clock) if all one assembly.

It appears your timer/clock has failed in this instance.

F2:E1

This has happens to us regularly. Today when it happened I unplugged the oven and let the it cool hoping that would help. It didn't. I did that several times over a couple of hours to no avail. When it powers up, there are a sequence of different readings on the screen before the error code comes up. In my final effort, just before the code F2:E1 appeared, and it read PF, I quickly turned on the oven and that interrupted the sequence. It is now working. Lucky. I hope this helps someone.
