Hello, there is nothing wrong with your buffer. If you use wireless connection to the router 55.91 Mbps is very good speed. To achieve the 100 Mbps speed you need to connect the laptop to the router with a cable.

100 mbps ONLY means connection speed between your laptop and the next device in your network (which is your router). You might want to check in your router is configured to access internet to your provider.

I would advice to change the channel on the wireless router to anything between channel 1 and 8 you can access your router setting by typing 192.168.1.0 or 192.168.1.1 try and find information about default user name and password corresponding to your router.
