As you look at the phone, in the left side is a door with a simbol on it like a SIM card. Open with carefull that door and you`ll see a black line about 3 mm thick. Press on it and you`ll hear a click then remove your finger and the card should pop out.

To help you with this problem, I want you to know that when a cellphone got fell, the main problem will be make is lost in display,you will not see anything but you can hear something like message tone and start-up tone, you can also receive calls. probably you have 1 broken keypad ic on your 8130 or some broken soldering because of impact. best advise i would be able to give you is for you to find a proper blackberry repair centre like www.E-Repairs.co.uk and get your unit check
