Washing machine banging

Thank you for your earlier reply. You asked for some more information. My washer is a Bocsh E-Nr.wf02467GB/15 serial FD 8511615268, and it is a front loader. Is there anymore help you can give me. Thank you.

There are concrete or other material weights at the bottom of the machine. One of them could be cracked and moving around.

The bearings could be going. If this is the case, then take off the back cover of the machine and try moving the drum up and down with nothing in it.
If there is movement, you have loose bearings.
You may also have a problem with the drums suspension system.
The only way to know is to look inside.

Amana washing machine banging

Since this is a brand new washer I would recommend that you MUST get free warranty support before you even try to do a do it yourself job.
Please Call up support, possible that the suspension or the dampers or the bearing/motor support has failed and if so you must get free replacement.

How do I remove the brushes from a bocsh washing Machine Clasixx 1400

You need to remove the motor from the washer, undo the 2 screws securing motor, unplug the motor lead, remove the earth wire, the brushes are located at the opposite end to the motor pulley.

Hello, information request (birth date)

The manufacture date is determined by the SERIAL NUMBER on the appliance. The serial number should be located along with the model number on a nameplate along the wash tub rim under the lid. Kenmore washers are manufactured by Whirlpool. The serial number format is explained in the following link:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r3576437-determining_the_age_of_your_whirlpool_ap

The second digit in the serial number will represent the YEAR in was manufactured. The first two NUMBERS following that second digit represents the WEEK (52 weeks in a year) that it was manufactured.

If you locate the serial number and still need assistance in how to detemine the age, post back and let me know. I hope you find this information helpful.

Below is a link to common solutions that will help you with parts and diagnostic procedures that are specifically tuned to your manufacturers data plate information.
It provides exploded view imagery, belt routing diagrams, parts imagery and function, parts ordering and shipping information, error code details, just about anything you need to get your appliance up and running again.

A belt may be broken. Many washing machines have one or two belts. If a belt is broken or badly worn, you need to replace it with a genuine belt from the manufacturer. (Some washing machine belts are designed with special characteristics not found in automotive belts.) "Soot" is actually belt dust from slippage and wearing out of belt(s). This can cause noise as it wears down. You could also have a foreign item stuck in the pump, although this could create a drain or spin issue.

If this doesn't help, post me back and I will do some more research to help resolve your issue.

If my assistance helped resolve this issue, please show your appreciation by rating how effective my advice was in resolving this issue.
Thank you,
