We have B4300 printer in our office, and everytime I tried to print, it jam.
the jamed paper can be easily removed from paper try (bottom of printer), but the printer says "open upper cover"
Are there anything that I can do? such as clean particular part or something??
We had the same problem in our office. We tried cleaning it with compressed air but not much was done. Finally be changed the paper we were using with a less glossy and this seems to work. The printer has a roller with some kind of glue on it that pulls in the paper and if the paper is a bit glossy it can't stick on it.However sometimes it jams but once in a while now.

Hi, Remove the jammed paper. Unplug the printer from the mains and PC. Inspect the rollers, etc for tiny paper piece(s) that may be stuck, or other debris. Try to clean rollers and make sure they are dry. Keep printer unplugged for about 2 minutes and replug and try a test print. Also make sure that you have waited long enough for the printer to heat up before giving a print job. Finally, it could be an issue with the paper sensor. If this is the case, you will probably have to take the printer in for servicing..
Thanks for using FixYa. Perform the steps below in order to solve this incidence:
Disconnect the power cord or power supply adaptor from the rear of the HP All-in-One product.
Remove the paper pack remaining in the input tray.
WARNING - Do not try to remove the jammed paper sheet yet. Trying to clear a paper jam from the front of the device can damage the print mechanism. Always clear paper jams through the rear access door.
Open the rear access door or the two-sided printing accessory.
Gently pull the jammed paper sheet out of the rollers.
If the paper tore when it was being removed from the rollers, check the rollers and wheels for torn pieces of paper that might remain inside the device. If not all the pieces of paper are removed from the device, paper jams are likely to occur again later.
Replace the rear access door or the two-sided printing accessory.
If its not taking the paper, it may be that the paper you are using is not the right type. Some papers are too smooth or shiny to allow the guide wheels and platten ( roller) to grip the paper. This oftemn results in no paper or only one side of the paper being caught and then it jams.
Wipe the platten with alcohol, as welol as thye guide wheels if you can see them. Ink tends to stick on them and the platten and becomes shiny ans so paper will slip. Also try a heavier grade paper to see if that rectifies the problem
replace the ink cartridges first... could be just a cartridge issue... do a print head cleaning... refer to your user's manual for step by step instructions on how to do a head cleaning on your printer.
No worn picker cause it is getting past paper rego area and stopping at the fuser.Check to see if bottom fuser roller (orange rubber one under metal one) is wrincled or the plastic coating is coming off to the side
If not then one of the paper path switchs is sticking sometimes down and not springing back (common) when paper has exited area.there is 3 or 4
This printer is designed with a dual toner/drum chamber. Do not separate these two parts. Upon opening the lid, you will find the toner/drum assembly right in front of you. Pick it up with both hands and pull straight up. After that, you should be able to take the jammed papers. Know this: once a paper is jammed, printing another paper will NEVER take the first out. Just make sure to remove the complete papers. If they break, make sure you extract all the pieces.
