I had the same problem and was looking for parts everywhere. I went to Sears stores, checked online, and called the 1800 number. I was told both the drill and the charger are discontinued. My problem was whenever I plugged in the battery into the charger it would not charge and the red light remained off. I opened the charger and found the two metal tabs that should connect to the battery's metal tabs once inserted were pushed down too much. Try unscrewing the backplate of the charger, push in the battery and push in the metal tabs. It worked for me. I had the same problem and was looking for parts everywhere.
