I will need the model number and brand name.
Is it a front loader or top?
The bearings wear and cause this sometimes.
It could also be off balance.
Check with a level. Put it on top of the machine and see if it level.

- I am trying to find more information about the Bosch machines, so far all I have come up with is in another language, I think german.
If you do a search online, there are Bosch parts and manuals.
If it does need repair, it may take special tools that homeowners don't normally have.
If you really want to do it yourself, then I may be able to find a repair manual. The other option is to locate a repairman closest to you from this website.
