Question about Dyson DC07 Bagless Upright Cyclonic Vacuum
I thought it was the belt, bought new ones and when I took off the bottom the belt was intact! There is sound and suction but no beater bar, what could be the problem?
If your Dc07 is all floors it will have A clutch fitted this is easy to determine just stand in front of your machine look down at the left hand side there will be a coloured knob on the side e.g. blue.yellow, green, purple this will have a pointer on it which when you pull handle back to vacuum must move to drive position you can rotate it by hand if it is stuck in park position ,
If there is no belts broken the brushes will now turn.
If they don’t the chances are one of the 2 belts have snapped.
You will then need Manuals to help you repair the problem.
