If you start your PC in safe mode, you'll find the Reg Key for Windown XP, in there somewhere.

YOU are SOL. You will need to buy a new copy to get your code. You cannot expect anyone to just hand you a pirated code which is illegal. I am not going to get a huge fine for helping a schmuck who lost his code!

Hi there,
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

Here's a link to this great service

Good luck!

Hi ! I need MSOffice 2007 product key please. Thanks

If you installed MS Office from a legitimate source then the product key will appear on the CD case or product box. However, if this is a 'copied' copy then I'm afraid there is nothing you can do apart from purchase a product key.

See here for further information:

Change MS-Office key

1.Locate your valid product CD Key, which is located on the back of the original CD case.

2.On the Start menu, click Run.

3.In the Open box, type Regedit, and then click OK.

4.In Registry Editor, find the following subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftOffice.0RegistrationClick the plus sign (+) next to this folder. If you see only one subkey in this folder that has a 32-character {GUID} (globally unique identifier), select that subkey and go to step 5.
If you see more than one subkey that has a 32-character {GUID}, select each one until you find the one whose DisplayName value (in the right pane) matches your version of Office.

5.For the selected {GUID} subkey, select the ProductID string value in the right pane.

6.On the Edit menu, click Rename.

and then press ENTER.

8.On the Registry menu, click Exit.

9.Start any Office program.

10.When the Microsoft Office XP User Information dialog box appears, type your valid product CD Key (located on the back of the CD case). Follow the instructions on your screen.
"If you open MS Word and it does not ask you for a CD Key, go to step 11."
Return to step 4, select the Registration folder.
Right click Registration folder and select rename.
Type OldRegistration and press enter.
Follow steps 8 - 10.

We have a HP - MS Office Home/Student. It is asking for a Product Code. I don't have one. It is a Vista operating system

Product key is the activation code for the software. This is like a key to unlock the software. When you purchase the software you get this code.
Please check the documentation which you have received with the office 2007 or check the cd or the cd case for the product key.

What is ms office 2007 product key

The product key comes along with the purchase of your Disk. Check the CD case that came along with the MS office 2007. If you don't have one you will have to purchase from Microsoft Site.

Abandon Microsoft Office, and download the free(!) "Open Office" software. It works as well as MS Word, and it is FREE.

Product Key for Microsoft Office 2007

Hi.. If you lost the Product Key of your MS Office, you actually contact Microsoft if you still have the Office CD. There's a COA number in the inner circle of the disk. You can read that number to the Microsoft representative and should be able to give another key.

But if you no longer have your CD, then you'll have to purchase another one. Otherwise, if you insist on getting a product key without any CD you'll be charged for piracy.

Microsoft office xp professional word product code

If you lost it, you lost it.
We cannot provide you one on this site...

But you can search for it, they're easy to find.(google or other search engine).

You can find and install a program called Open Office, it's free and can read all (except 2007) word documents... Sorry you lost your Cdkey.
