If the menu works the TV is ok.
May be a cable box issue.
Hook cable from wall to TV if TV works replace cable box.

If you could see the picture on the screen before taking it, there was something seriously wrong with your D60, which apparently now seems to have fixed itself. The D60 doesn't have the LiveView feature which allows you to use the screen instead of the viewfinder to compose your picture.
You will need to clarify before you can get an answer..Is it when working then suddenly you get a blue screen? Which then means you have to do a hard reset?
if using digi-box its a scrat problem refit/replace. if your on stardard might be feed cable fault- remake and if none of these it's a sreen fault - require new t.v.or replacement- check with manufactor made need update
Tap the sreen with 3 fingers This should revert back to normal sreen. If you go into Setting then General scroll down to Accessibility then Zoom You can turn this to off . Hope this help you.
1st, you need to take the battery out of the back, and blow inside the phone, clean the inside with a paper hand towel, and the battery, then put the battery back in. If this doesn't work, then get a new phone asap
