Can't set up the channels on my TV

I have inherited an old Sony Trinitron TV model No. KV-X21 30B
The problem is I am unable to set up the channels as I can't find the menu.
There is nothing indicated either on the TV or the remote.
Thanks for any suggestions

Some models require two buttons to be pressed together for menu access - usually at the bottom or side.
