I have a canon pc921 and when i try to use it EO comes up and it will turn itself off.

Just buy an ordinary glass from aluminum and glass supply shop. Just measure the thickness and with so they can cut the right size. We did try it to our machine and no bad effect on print pouts. Just give it a try.

yes that it 's the most possibillity.
but you must be assure that :
- the paper is not moist. (it makes pale copies)
- the glass has you cleaned up. (it makes black background uneven)
- the transfer unit is not dirty. (it makes black background)

what you probably brushed over was the transfer roller(black and spongy?). first try running 20 or 30 blank copies through the machine. If that doesnt work take a dry paper towel and gently wipe and rotate that black roller. that should take care of the problem. If the roller needs replaced you should have a technician do it. You could break the machine beyond repair.

E0 is the code used by Canon for a fuser problem,the part of the machine that gets very hot and fixes the toner onto the paper. This code means that your fuser isn't heating up properly. It could be the heat element within the fuser or the overtemp fuse may have blown either way you should really have an technician look at it for you.

i think the problems is in the delivery roll,the rubber is need to be change with the new one
