Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3i Cellular Phone

Razor blank screen...battery?

I bought a Razor v3 off of ebay. i go to turn it doesnt turn on. i then buy a charger so it lights up when plugged in with a blank screen. now it turns on for a little but with a blank screen.anyone know what the problem mite be? i plugged it in without the battery and its still blank.

    Hey jim. heres how it was advertised..."Black tmobile cell..... comes with charge......trying to sell so i can save up for a sidekick" He then sent me a gray razor and did not give me a charger. the picture was a false picture.

    i contacted the seller and he said that he sent the wrong phone and that if i wanted he could give me the person he sent my phones email to try to get it from talk about great customer service. i told him that was ridiculous and he just replayed with same thing so i filed a paypal claim.

    I bought a V3i off of e-bay as well - it worked for about 6 weeks. Now, It will come on, but when ANY button is pushed - it shuts off. Help anyone!?

    Sounds like a "bait-and-switch". Have you tried to contact the seller? If you paid by Paypal, I'd file a claim against him, saying that the item received was not as was advertised.

    It's possible he sent you the wrong phone and sent the one you bought to someone else. You should see what else he just sold around the last several days when you made your purchase from him and see if the phone you got was on one of his other auctions.

    Was it advertised as fully working on Ebay? The battery might have initially been discharged but even so, if you operated it off of the charger, it should have operated correctly, if the phone was in working order.

Ok... I thought that might have happened. Good luck with the claim. Let us know how it went. Really, he should be the one trying to contact the other user. That's just good business practices. After all, it was his mistake, not yours.

is it a blank screen, if it is, the problem with your phone is that the flex on the screen of your phone is weak or damage, that is why your screen did not display.

Please chech your phone charger with any other compactible phone for its faults.may be the charger is not working properly & its is not able to charge your phone

My Motorola Razor cellphone all of a sudden went blank, i took out the battery and put it back in and turned it on, but the keyboard just flashes and the screen stays blank, what do i do?

Razor phone won't charge

Hi, I had the same problem with my Old Razor, I bought a new battery and that fixed the problem.
New Batteries for Razors are around £6 - £7 online. google it.

ya try 2 change ur charger. or it got problem inside with ur charger circut. try getting external battery charger frm market. so thatur one battery can be carged and another u can use it

MY RAZOR LCD screen will not turn on

buy a new battery and change it. maybe a dead one.

while the charger is connected, still not turning on?
if yes, maybe you need some cell maintenance.

Phone shuts down during a charge

change the battery and if that does not work take the phone and have the service center reflash the firmware on the phone this method should correct it.

Phone is dead wont take charge

You simply need a new battery. Razr batteries are notorious for loosing life and the entire problem is the chargers you are using. You MUST have one with an IC chip that tells it when to stop charging otherwise watch how long you are charging it. Also when you have a new battery let it fully charge and fully die twice before you start normal charging this helps a lot.
