I bought a Razor v3 off of ebay. i go to turn it on.it doesnt turn on.
i then buy a charger so it lights up when plugged in with a blank
screen. now it turns on for a little but with a blank screen.anyone
know what the problem mite be? i plugged it in without the battery and
its still blank.

You simply need a new battery. Razr batteries are notorious for loosing life and the entire problem is the chargers you are using. You MUST have one with an IC chip that tells it when to stop charging otherwise watch how long you are charging it. Also when you have a new battery let it fully charge and fully die twice before you start normal charging this helps a lot.
