ApprenticeI suggest you go to the web site of the Motherboard (MB) maker such as ASUS etc...
There, you will find in the tech section, the latest bios and the procedure to install it. It would be dangerous to describe one way and have it fail and ruin the MB!! Every BIOS and every MB maker has an explicit way they update the BIOS and this MUST be followed to the letter or permanent destruction will happen to your MB. This is the best advice you should follow.
