We replaced the power board but now there is no picture or sound. The blue light isn't blinking anymore though. Is there a reset button and where is it?

the circut that detects the bulb has been also failing in these sets
and the conversion chip that controls the picture , and the transformers are not putting out the full power they are supposed to.
this set will need to be tested to determine the exact cause or causes
Try to unplug the TV for about 20 minutes and then press and hold power button on the TV for about 10 seconds to reset your television and plug TV back in and see if that resolves the issue.If they problem still is showing up then the screen is broken and the back light is not working anymore and needs to be replaced.
Tries tv unplug,replug it back like an hour later.The tv now is resetting itself back to the factory setting.The tv should work now.If not the power supply board is the problems and the causes.That the board,where the power a/c cord plug into it.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start
flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT
button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the
receiver.
If the MOUSE isn’t working, push the small RESET/CONNECT button
on the back of the mouse to connect to the receiver. Then they
should work okay.
