MP3 MP4 FM Video Player

Hi,

I have an MP3/MP4 player which I recently bought off ebay. It looks almost identical to an ipod nano, but the box simply calls it an "mp3/MP4" player.

Currently all the setting are in japanese, which I cannot read. Any clues as to how to get to the language menu?

Thanks in advance!

Hi, i also purchased a MP3/MP4 from Ebay and it came to me in Japanese. I had to play around with it, only assuming the words. Go into
MENU tab
and then the SETUP tab
and then the 3rd tab down, is where you go into LANGUAGE where you should be able to select your desired language. I hope this helps! Kittykit00

Recently I brought a Nanomax Ipod from Dubai. I connected it to my pc with USB but nothing happened . I want to load some audio files but am unable to do it. Kindly help me.

I think none of you read the question well and rushed to answer it.

The Nano Max Ipod the person is talking about is actually a duplicate model of the original that is available in Dubai. It is a MP4 player with FM RADIO and Voice recorder.

My girlfriend bought the same and now i am puzzled on how to operate it. Device Manager shows it as an "unknown device". Pls Help!!

Hi, you can not use VLC player or winamp for ipod player. What you will need to do is to get a video converter to convert to the video file type of the ipod your using. And only Total Video converter that am sure enough to convert to ipod format.

You can download Total Converter from the below link:It has all the instruction you will need to use it.

Hope it helped.Feel free to pass your comment.

I can't figure out how to install my 16GB Ipod 4th Generation mp4

About your recent purchase of
16GB 4th Gen Slim MP3 MP4 Media Player with FM radio

You have been sold a fake sized player. it is hacked to show 16GB actual size may be around 1GB to 8GB. test your player with "H2TESTW 1.4" you will find it the first hit on www.google.com let other people know and open a dispute on paypal, you have been sold a fake item. Do not return the item for refund as sellers address is very likely wrong, useless to wait for a replacement player because they all are hacked. Get a partial refund. I paid 35usd, got 20usd refunded just now.

About your problem.
The player doesn't require anything works with vista and xp /etc just by plugging it into your computer and then turn it on, it will show up on your my computer as a removeable disk.

Wrong firmware added in mp4 player.....

You'll need to open up your player to find the plate and board ID numbers to be able to find a compatible firmware for your player. Take a look at this post here: http://mympx.org/forum/knowledge-base-faq/41330-how-recover-dead-mp3-mp4-player.html. This will tell you how to recover your dead player using your firmware.

Hope that helps.

Go to Google.com, Type in VIDEO CONVERTER, And install the one you find best. An Ipod is an MP3 player so it wont play MP4. I am getting the 4th or 5th Gen. Ipod and my sis has that ipod. That should do the Trick!

Mp3/mp4 player

Hi, Go to my computer, right click removable disk, format it using file 32 method, then wait for the process to complete. It will report back that format is completed. You will then have to transfer your music again, and it should be ok. If it continues, maybe your songs are protected. If this is the case, try to deselect protection on the windows media.
