Thanks for your mail. This is A2 size printer. you can find your driver from Epson Webside..... with operating system. your problem is pause light and Cover open light flash when initialize the printer. 1. you need to clean the carriage rod properly by using machine oil. 2. you need to change pump assembly and cap assembly.
your problem will solved. if not solve you have to check all cable that is it disconnected or tear by others (like rat). lastly you change carriage unit. Thanks by Sk. Abdus Sabur
Hi Mike, the paper feed switch doesn't feed paper... it switches the paper source from the top feeder to the bottom tray. Do you have paper in both? How many times does the orange light flash in between the greens? That tells the error.
I have the same issue....two flashes of the light on the power button the repeat. The carrier is clear, so I don't know what else to do. Also, when I turn the power on, the carrier goes back and forth, hitting the sides very LOUDLY! Anyone else having this issue? This printer is a few years old, so no warranty, and of course, I just bought replacment ink for it, so now it won't work..worked fine till the ink ran out this time! PLEASE HELP!
to test , press pause botton and turn on (press 5 sec.)
he print a "pause test".
check if print, if stop on ich gap and if come some lines across the print (if apear some lines, need new print head.) this step just pause wen print some labels, and then still print until turn off.
Turn off and turn on the printer to work normal.
To calibrate media, go on the setings to "sensor profile" and/or "run manual calibration, follow the steps. (dont forget to take the ribbon from the sensor.)
let the test run until finish.
