i had the same problem when i try to use a diferent company phone with a sim card, you know like trying to use at&t on a verizon, or either brand, but you shoul be hable to dial 611 from the phone and ask for tech suport they will give you an advise, or have the phone taken to a store where you have the service with and they need to unlock it, in order to work with your company,

Friend i have same cell phone and i am also facing this problem but dont worry

go to network menu and select Automatic network that problem will be solved if not them show it in to nokia care
