Question about Kodak EasyShare C340 Digital Camera
On your website they have no info on how to do this
Make sure your EasyShare Software is 6.2 or higher
once the ESS is installed, connect the camera to the computer using the usb cable, turn on the camera (nothing on the cam screen will pop out - it in fact blacks out but if it won't, that means it's not making any connection). ESS will pop up on your screen and click on Sync and transfer or just transfer
if you still have problems, please call kodak's software support 1 800 235 6325 opt. 11

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
