i had the exact same problem you need softick ppp application go to google and search uploading applications to samsung d500 and theres step by step instructions and the sites just clickem and it automatically downloads them thats my best solution worked with me and heapz of others hope this helps and if you have time please rate me

The Delicate light flashing on Samsung dishwashers indicates a drain error. Possibly a pump/motor assy.

You need to contact the service provider that supplied the phone, or Samsung. Best bet is the service provider really not sure if samsung can provide puk code.
