I have to know some information about your computer before I can find the sound driver. Please tell me what mother board you have. Is the sound on-board or is there a separate sound card?
I can help you find this information if you do not know. Come back to me with the answers.

I formatted my hard drive and reinstall windows xp but no sound comes from speakers I tried to install audio drivers from the motherboard CD "foxconn" but PCI driver can not be installed what should i do?
Right click on "my computer"
click "properties"
go to hardware tab and click on "Device Manager"
scroll down to the sound card and open your sound card properties and roll back the drivers.
If you restart the computer, it should detect and install them automatically.
If not, try this.
Click start, right-click my computer, then click properties. Click hardware, then device manager. Under Sound, find your sound card, right click it, then update driver. Follow the steps.
